Resum

The obturation of root canals, although it is the last stage of the endodontic treatment, is fundamental in achieving success, since faulty obturation can lead to failure. The progress made during recent years in new techniques and materials has opened up a wide range of possibilities for achieving success with our treatments. Through this study, we will assess one of these new products which has recently appeared on the market, Guttaflow®. Therefore, the objective of this study shall be to compare the degree of leakage of Guttaflow® employing the single cone technique proposed by the manufacturer versus lateral condensation using, in this case, Guttaflow® as the sealer cement.
