Resumen

The new Spanish Law on Rehabilitation, Regeneration and Urban Renewal 2013 and RD 233/2013 of 5 April that creates and establishes the IEE, as a preventive measure and legislation to ensure the good condition of existing buildings as well as its assessment of power quality and also their ability to provide accessibility under current regulations, existing buildings, provides a new regulatory framework, which does nothing but reaffirm the commitment of the government for the field of rehabilitation, in a context of deep crisis in the construction sector.
