Abstract

This paper presents the description and presentation of the acoustic results obtained from a set of measures in platform performed to a tripolar propeller in controlled rotation. A prediction of the noise of such propeller was made using a numerical code developed by the authors, called HELyNOISE from the physical parameters and the fluid dynamics variables of the test. A comparative evaluation and representation of the obtained results was made thanks to these simulation data and the experimental results.
