Resumen
Today it has reached a point of catharsis and height regulations on sustainability in architecture that can be thought to be a recent model and rootless. However, the path to sustainable construction is several millennia. There are a number of concepts that are repeated on a permanent and you deserve a detailed analysis as in this text. Others appear spontaneously onto and refine existing, as those who are associated with the development of new materials. Sometimes new avenues for understanding the architecture intended to continue to shape today's diverse conglomerate that made the call open architecture committed to the Environment. Detailed here, milestones and events that are relevant points that mark this historic journey and lead us into the twentieth century. The architecture and the Human technological evolution has always had a close relationship; Since the ancient civilizations, through the industrial revolution to the present phase is marked by the search for alternatives to traditional energy sources. Understanding the relationship between Human and the energy it needs to survive and evolve is vital to understand the current model.
