Abstract
When it comes to program and manage the resources in the educa-tional and sporting environment, the diversity is a principle that needs to take into account. During the last years, the inclusive sport has begun to have more weigh in our society. This term refers to the sports and physical activities that allow people with and without disabilities play sport together. Hence, Alcobendas Rugby Club has started an inclusive project where kids with intellectual disability can play with theirs peers without disability. To reach this goal, the club has conducted different awareness days and courses for the involved agents and club members. Moreover, the regulation has been update and developed and the club has given support to their five play-ers with disabilities through different experts coaches in the disability field. While much work remains to be done, the main principles and val-ues of the Inclusive School have been reached as well as the inclusion of the players with disabilities in their peer groups.
