Abstract

The intention of this study is to improve the inclusion in the of the university students in the labor market. To do this, we have resorted to a systematic review of the literature. From 63 documents selected, in accordance with suitability criteria, we arrived at the determination that the current university educational quality is influenced by two phenomena of great importance: economic and social change, which requires young people to be prepared for the labor market, and an educational demand for change and training in professional skills. We conclude that entrepreneurial competence is a European and labor market claim and a key tool for personal development and employability, increases the quality of the university education system and is fundamental in our society.
