Zusammenfassung

The purpose of this study is to measure airway, hyoid position and curvature of the cervical vertebrae, before and after orthognathic surgery in patients with skeletal Class II mandibular cause, to assess whether there are significant changes after surgery. Material and methods: 15 patients with skeletal Class II mandibular cause and were treated with surgery were studied bimaxillary. the difference in the anteroposterior diameter of the oropharynx, nasopharynx, hyoid position and changes of the curvature of the cervical vertebrae before and after surgery was studied. There are changes in the size of the airway after orthognathic surgery patient class II.
