Resumo
The goal of the study is to perform a descriptive analysis of the sociodemographic characteristics of the victims and of the sexual assault, as well as of the secondary victimisation presented in a sample of 77 women survivors of sexual assault in adulthood, who came to the "Centro de Asistencia a Víctimas de Agresiones Sexuales" (C.A.V.A.S.) [Center for Attention to Victims of Sexual Assault] of Madrid between 2010 and 2012. These variables were collected through a semi-structured interview. The results are described in comparison with previous studies and their implications within the context of prevention.
