The COVID-19 health crisis has accentuated the adoption of virtual education, with technology, playing a decisive role in recent years. This research aims to evaluate the satisfaction levels of Spanish/FL students in their virtual classes during the lockdown and subsequent periods of restrictions. The study has been carried out under a qualitative approach, providing quantitative results to elucidate the experiences of three groups of students from different nationalities and social and educational backgrounds. The findings reveal a disparity in student preferences influenced by factors, such as: the motivation for studying the language, technological aspects, and affective factors that impact the teaching-learning process.
