Abstract

In the last decade, the climate and energy factors have acquired a dimension of security and a link with governance. The Paris Agreements of 2015 have shaped international commitments to address the challenge of climate change. By 2050, it is expected to meet the challenge of a decarbonized energy supply, which entails the revaluation of minerals considered critical. The European Union’s objective is an energy transition that provides it with autonomy and guarantee of supplies in the international context.
