Abstract

This article aims to establish effective strategies to support the team performance orientation of schools in their work attention to diversity with students with special needs. They must design, develop and realize a Plan of Care Diversity encompassing various art materials and responds to students with different situations. This plan attempts to achieve continuous improvement in teaching practice for the use of more active and participative-going methodologies, developing creativity and imagination as the basis for education and improving school outcomes. "DIVERSITY-art "arises under a systemic approach as a series of workshops in music, dance, theater, painting, art, enhancing creativity as a means for the integral development of students and serve as a means of attracting and development talents of these students to build selfesteem.
